🚴CCC WEEKEND RIDES 18/19 JANUARY 2020 🚴

Saturday 18 January 06h25 Duynefontein + Laps
From the BP via Bosmansdam to the Westcoast road left at Dolphin beach and follow the coastal road to Big Bay, after 3 laps of the Big Bay circuit and have regrouped do we head to Duynefontein via the Westcoast road, after another 3 laps in Duynefontein we return to the BP via the Westcoast road. +/-70km

Sunday 19 January 06h25 Llandudno (with the option of Chapman’s Peak)
From the BP through Century City to Marine Drive, N1 and the Waterfront on our way to Llandudno. +/-70km with the option of Chappies +/-90km

Tuesday 21 January 05h00 CCC Loops.
Anyone is welcome to join our training rides.

Thursday 23 January 05h00 Bigbay Intervals.
Great training in the week, please join us.

Notes:
Congrats and Welldone to all CCC members for their outstanding performances at the WP Championships.
Best of luck to all members participating at the Stellenbosch Cycle Tour
Please wear club kit.
We”ll be having a gazebo with liquid refreshments at the finish for our members.
At our recent CCC Committee meeting it was agreed on…….
To remind members to wear club kit on our weekend rides please.
To remind visitors who joined our rides through December that we have a 5 ride limit.
Either you become a CCC member or unfortunately will not be able to ride with City.
We have extended our early bird special to the end of January.
27 January at 06h00 we”ll have another recon ride of the Cape Town Cycle tour route from the BP.
If there’s enough interest we can have two groups on the day.
