RIDES FOR NOVEMBER 2018
All rides starts at the BP service station in Letchworth Drive Edgemead at 06h30 am.
Visitors are always welcome. Please introduce yourself to the ride coordinator at the start and please make sure that you are carrying ICE information or pass that information on to the ride coordinator before the start. Please note that as a club we obey traffic rules and regulations and expect our visitors to do the same. First time visitors are required to sign an indemnity form.

Don’t attack – training rides are just that – training rides
Don’t half bike
Be punctual
Visitors are always welcome. Saturday rides are slower and easier so beginners are welcome. Sundays are not for the fainthearted or unfit!

Description – Malanshoogte 06h30
Details – from the BP we head towards Frans Conradie at Karl Bremer hospital we turn left and follow Jip till St Johns road at the traffic lights we turn left and follow the road over Tiekie right towards Contermanskloof and Malanshoogte after descending Malans we regroup at the top of Malans before returning to the BP +-50km Social Riders will go directly to Malans +-40km

Description – Duynefontein 06h30
Details – from the BP through Century City to Lagoon beach from there we take the bike path towards Dolphin beach and left onto the coastal road to Melkbos and Duynefontein we return to the BP via the bikepath and the Paddocks +-60km
Notes
Saturday is the DC (Double Century) in Swellendam and CCC have two teams of twelve cyclists taking part. Good luck to all and we hope everyone still has a smile at the finish line of the DC. We’ll have rides right through the December/January holidays, anyone is welcome to join our rides
