Notes
Some of our members are making use of a indoor trainer which is much easier than rollers during the winter months to keep up their fitness. There’s usually second hand trainers on www. Bikehub.co.za for sale and other websites too. No need to buy brand new and if you not happy with it to struggle to sell it afterwards. It does take a while to get used to cycling in one place but its a great tool to keep up you’re fitness especially for our female members. There’s plenty of training programs available to pass the time quickly when you on it. Those interested in joining our DC training rides but only for One Tonner training are more than welcome to join us. Cycling 170km or 200km isn’t easy you need lots of long distance cycling which usually is called Base Miles and much better to do with a group than by yourselves.

Hope to see you on the road!
