RIDES FOR JULY 2018
All rides starts at the BP service station in Letchworth Drive Edgemead at 07h00 am.
Visitors are always welcome. Please introduce yourself to the ride coordinator at the start and please make sure that you are carrying ICE information or pass that information on to the ride coordinator before the start. Please note that as a club we obey traffic rules and regulations and expect our visitors to do the same. First time visitors are required to sign an indemnity form.

Be punctual
Visitors are always welcome. Saturday rides are slower and easier so beginners are welcome. Sundays are not for the fainthearted or unfit!

Description – Klapmuts
Details – from the BP via Frans Conradie to Bottelary and onto Kromme Rhee left at the t-junction and carry on to the Klapmuts intersection after turning left proceed to the R304 after another left we return to the BP via Bottelary +- 85km Social riders will follow the same route till the end of Bottelary after turning around will return to the BP the same way +- 60km
Description – Club ride Polkadraai 07h00
Details – from the BP via Frans Conradie to Bottelary right into Saxdowns left and from there to the top of Polka after regrouping we turn around and return to the BP the same way +- 60km Social riders will follow the same route till the top of the first hill before Polka and from there they’ll turn around and return to the BP +- 55km

Description – Polkadraai
Details – from the BP via Frans Conradie to Bottelary right into Saxdowns left into Langverwacht and proceed to the top of Polka after regrouping we descent into Stellenbosch till the Stellenbosch train station where we turn around and return to the BP over Polka and Bottelary +- 70km
Notes
Bottelary road is a very good training road for our Social Ladies who must get used to rolling terrain DC training is going very well Still looking for cyclists for our DC teams Pete Nelson had a unfortunate fall while training and we wish him a speedy recovery. Next week Saturday our DC training ride is Simons town +-130km 06h30 from the BP please try to wear you’re CCC jersey on our rides
