Bunch Safety
- Obey traffic signals – reds lights
- Ride inside the yellow line
- Single file on narrow roads
- Point out objects in the road
Bunch Etiquette
- Blow your nose at the back of the bunch
- Don’t attack – training rides are just that – training rides
- Don’t half bike
- Be punctual – our rides leave at 6.30am
Visitors are always welcome. Saturday rides are slower and easier so beginners are welcome. Sundays are not for the fainthearted or unfit!

Club Time Trial Fripp Cup – meet at the BP Letchworth Drive at 6.20 to leave at 6.30am. We will all ride down to Melkbosstrand where will take part in the Club’s time trial over 16 kms for the Fripp Cup. Once this has been completed we will return to Edgemead. For the less competitive Duncan will be leading a group around the Time Trial Route which will be timed.

Start Order: Scratch + 2 will start at 7.00am followed by scratch +1 and then Scratch
