- I’m very encouraged by our ladies who regularly attend our saturday club rides kudos to all of you, as some of our male members have been slacking
- Please ensure you have two working lights on you’re bike when you attend our rides, as visibility is very important
- Those who have entered the Knysna race in July join our saturday rides and get your long distance training ride in by being with other cyclists than to do it on your own
- I’m glad to say Steven Wood is recovering well after his unfortunate fall and itching to get back on the road
