RIDES FOR JUNE 2018
All rides starts at the BP service station in Letchworth Drive Edgemead at 07h00 am.
Visitors are always welcome. Please introduce yourself to the ride coordinator at the start and please make sure that you are carrying ICE information or pass that information on to the ride coordinator before the start. Please note that as a club we obey traffic rules and regulations and expect our visitors to do the same.

Don’t attack – training rides are just that – training rides

Be punctual
Visitors are always welcome. Saturday rides are slower and easier so beginners are welcome. Sundays are not for the fainthearted or unfit!

Description – Simons Town
Details – DC ride is Simons town 06h30 from the BP as it is our first ride there’s no teams yet The pace is around 30km on the flats and everyone climb at there own pace and regroup at the top of the hills +- 130km Club ride is Chapman’s peak from the BP via Marine drive and the N1 and the Waterfront to Llandudno and Chappies with the usual regrouping points +- 90km Social riders will follow the same route till Llandudno after regrouping will return to the BP +- 70km

Description – Duynefontein
Details – from the BP via the coastal road to Duynefontein after three laps we return to the BP via the bike path from Melkbos +- 60km
Notes
Notes due to it being winter and it might rain weekends our club rides might change on the day or not happen at all for example if it rains Saturday we”ll move our DC ride to next week Saturday as well. Club ride rule if it rains before the start of the ride, then no ride. If it rains after the ride starts, we adapt accordingly.
