Congrats and Well done to all who raced the Durbie Dash,it was quite fast. By entering these races it gives you a better indication of how you’re training is progressing and where you need to improve on. You don’t get to do two hours or more of nonstop racing on our training rides. Our Fastgroup on the club rides are becoming very popular amongst our members who’s pressed for time or just want a fast quick ride or just a hard training ride. We still have our normal club ride group aswell for those who just want to roll the legs over on weekends.
David Kleynhans is looking for assistance on his upcoming Everest attempt’s. Please contact David if you able to assist him 0714067007.
As most of members are aware we hear on a regular basis of cycling related crimes. I can only urge our members to be vigilant and try to avoid cycling by yourself especially around criminal hotspots .There’s definitely safety in numbers. Due to this unfortunate topic we have limited choises of where to cycle to on weekends without endangering our members but with a positive attitude we still get to have great club rides on weekends. Looking forward to see everyone on the road.🚴
