The plan for August is straightforward
Rolling hills and to increase the distance throughout the month of August
Regaining you’re fitness isn’t easy at all
You have to consistently join our rides
By joining our rides your cycling with like minded cyclists
Whose all focused on regaining their fitness
We had three weeks of thrills and spills of the Tour
A very entertaining Tour this year
Very inspirational for our members
Watching the Tour daily made getting up early for our winter training rides a bit easier
We have eight days of watching the ladies race around France to look forward too
More motivation for our members
Cycling is a great stress reliever from our daily stress
The joy of cycling is when you out on the road with your City family you don’t have time to think about what might be causing you stress in your life

We don’t know how many rainfreee weekend’s we will have in August
Whenever there’s no rain predicted it’s in our best interest to ride our bikes
